| Insight, Employee Assistance Program offers confidential short term counseling and referrals for employees and dependents living in their home. We provide professional counseling services for personal, family and work-related concerns. Insight's goal is to help people live healthier, happier, more productive lives by providing them with the education, motivation and personal empowerment necessary to maintain emotional balance between their personal and work lives. Each employee receives three free visits per six months. Insight provides employees with confidential counseling and assistance concerning a variety of situations, including but not limited to: Job Related Concerns Family Couples Depression / Anxiety Life Transitions Parenting Elder Care Grief and Loss Substance Abuse Legal & Financial Experienced counselors are available for day and evening appointments. The office is conveniently located for ease of access. Spanish speaking counselors are available. |
