Insight, Employee Assistance Program

With a mission of improving productivity and employee satisfaction by providing counseling, assessment, support and referrals, Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) have been a standard part of company benefit plans since the 1970's. Insight offers programs designed to meet the needs of organizations both large and small in this ever changing employment climate. Insight is the only Valley based, staff-model EAP. Our staff is trained specifically to provide services within the context of a short term treatment/assessment model.

Stacey feels Insight's primary role is to introduce the concept of counseling to employees, decrease the stigma and help people feel comfortable with the process. "My goal with every person who comes into contact with Insight EAP is to have them walk away with an experience that helps them gain insight and the tools needed to live a well-balanced, fulfilling life."
